- Gained his big break in 2005 with www.ata-recruitment.co.uk where he started an apprenticeship in technical and engineering recruitment
- Decided to start Skylan Recruitment Ltd which focused on senior placements within Engineering companies
- 2015 Relocated with his young family to Barcelona to tap into the European technology space, now he divides his time between the UK and Spain.
- 2017 Pivoted the business to focus on early stage start up DigiTech/SaaS technology companies
